What Does it cost per listing to syndicate to Apartments?
IF there is a fee to market your properties for rent, then a representative from that syndication network will reach out to you directly to discuss pricing. Rentvine simply provides your rental data to the chosen syndication partners. If there are fees associated, they will be charged directly by that partner. Do I need to opt my properties in/out of this syndication network?
Yes, Rentvine allows you to opt in and out of all syndication networks. Once a property is activated you will have the option to choose syndication networks. Simply toggle the option on or off for each syndication partner as needed for that listing. Syndication of listings performed at a unit level allowing full control and flexibility with marketing your properties for rent.
